My Notes:

* Appearance: clear, star bright, straw color, medium plus viscosity

* Nose: sound/clean, low intensity, aroma/youthful, lemon, grapefruit, pear, wet stone, white flowers

* Palate: dry, medium bodied, confirms fruit, apple, medium plus alcohol, medium plus acidity, medium complexity, medium plus length

  1. Love the reference from the web site to almonds. These wines are so sensual. Great atmosphere wines. So depending on your environment, they seem to adapt. You can eat with them or just sit around and gossip. This one seems typical in particular the ‘clean’ description. Will look it up. Great 3 o’clock cottage wine.

  2. I enjoyed it! It definitely seemed very versatile in terms of drinkability. (I have to admit that I had to look up fruits de mer… wasn’t exactly sure what they were. Almonds I was good with, though!)
